HOW TO BOOK

To book either Queue jump tickets or reserved seating, all you need to do is contact us on our reservations line: 0845 603 6950 (Mon - Sat 10am - 7pm) with the full payment using either a debit or credit card.  We will then post your ticket to you.  
A £2 booking fee is charged on top of the total cost for your party.

Please note that table service is not something we charge for or guarantee. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SEAT RESERVATION CHARGE. However, waitresses do operate within the seated area on selected nights  - ordering is limited to items from the table service menu only.
 
 
All bookings must be paid for at the time of the reservation.
 
All tickets purchased are non refundable.
 
All guests must arrive together and before 10pm. Tables WILL be given away at 10.15pm should you not arrive. Yyour ticket will still allow you entry should you arrive late, but your seating will not be valid.
Must be over 21.
Must hold valid ID (Check 25 policy applies).
Must be dressed smartly.
MUST ALL ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME.
MUST NOT BE ALL MALE GROUPS.
Must not arrive under the influence of alcohol or bring alcohol into the venue.
You MUST bring your ticket on the night.
 
We reserve the right to refuse admission should you not meet the above conditions
 
Should you need to cancel, we will do all we can to move your entire party to another night.
We cannot give refunds once we have received payment.
We are unable to do any part refunds or part transfers.
